Microwave Poached Eggs
Ingredients
¼ Cup Cold Water
1 Tablespoon White Vinegar
2 Cold Large Eggs
Directions
Step 1 Pour water into a microwave-safe cup or bowl; add vinegar. Cracks eggs into the cup.
Step 2 Cook eggs in the microwave for 1 minute 20 seconds. Drain. Gently remove with a slotted spoon.
