Tortilla Soup
Ingredients
3 (14.5 ounce) cans chicken broth
1 (15 ounce) can black beans
1 Bunch cilantro chopped (optional)
2 (10 ounce) cans chunk chicken
1 (10 ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chile peppers, drained
2 Avocados sliced for garnish
1 Bag Tortilla Chips for Garnish
Directions
Pour chicken broth, black beans, chunk chicken, cilantro, and diced tomatoes with green chilies into a large saucepan or stockpot over medium heat. Simmer, stirring occasionally, until chicken is heated through, about 25 minutes. Serve in bowls with choice of garnish. 6 Servings.
