Savory Beef Slow Cooker

Ingredients

5 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce

¼ cup chopped green onion

2 tablespoons white sugar

2 tablespoons minced garlic

2 tablespoons sesame seeds

2 tablespoons sesame oil

½ teaspoon ground black pepper

2 cups of beef broth

2 pounds flank steak, thinly sliced

Directions

Whisk soy sauce, green onion, sugar, garlic, sesame seeds, sesame oil, and pepper together in a bowl. Place flank steak slices in a shallow dish. Pour marinade over top. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight. Preheat slow cooker on low. Remove the meat from the refrigerator and place in the slow cooker with the marinade and the beef broth. Cook on low for 8 hours in the slow cooker. Remove to a platter and serve with roasted green beans and potatoes. 6-8 Servings.
