We are starting our day here at 12 degrees in the Crater.  However, the sky is blue, the mountains are glorious and not even the nutters in traffic can ruin my overwhelming buzz for Mother Nature and all of her glory.

Do we really ever stop and thank the Universe enough for all that it has provided in the perfection of nature?  The seasons ever faithful rotation, the forest and fields ever producing abundance of oxygen, food and all organisms that produce life.  Our own skeletons (our human suspension system) and immune systems are a marvel that we probably do not appreciate ever.  Why is that?

Think about it sometime.  Give thanks to the source of the Universe that created it all and marvel in wonder.  It will serve your soul, your immune system and heart miracles.
