Diva Tasting: Stir Fry Sauces…

Basic Stir Fry Sauces

I love to wok or saute with these sauces. They are good for an Asian twist to any recipe. I often use as marinades as well. I triple the recipe for marinade. I use 2/3 for marinade and 1/3 for sauce on stir fry. I usually keep a small glass jar handy for shaking to blend. When making sauce I keep the wok or skillet on medium-high heat. Pull the hot prepared stir fry to the side and pour in the sauce. Keep stirring until it thickens. Then pull the stir fry from the side into the sauce and fold to combine. I like lots of sauce on stir fry so I sometimes double the sauce recipe.
