Honey-Garlic Slow Cooker Chicken Thighs


6 Skinless, Boneless Chicken Thighs

½ Cup Soy Sauce

1 Cup Ketchup

½ Cup Honey

4 Cloves Garlic, Minced

2 Teaspoon Dried Basil


Step 1 Lay chicken thighs into the bottom of a 4-quart slow cooker.

Step 2 Whisk soy sauce, ketchup, honey, garlic, and basil together in a bowl; pour over the chicken.

Step 3 Cook on Low for 6-8 hours. Serves 6. Serve with herbed mashed potatoes or cauliflower mash, sautéed snow peas and beverage.
