Dinner Hash Brown
Ingredients
2 Pounds Lean Ground Beef Browned to Crumble
1 (2 Pound) Package Frozen Hash Brown Potatoes, Thawed
1 (10.75 Ounce) Can Condensed Cream Of Mushroom Soup
3 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 (8 Ounce) Container Sour Cream
½ Cup Melted Butter
½ Cup Chopped Onion
½ Teaspoon Kosher Salt
½ Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
Topping:
½ Cup Bread Crumbs
½ Cup Melted Butter
Directions
Step 1 Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F
Step 2 Brown the Hash browns on baking sheet in oven for 15 minutes. Then mix hash browns, soup, 2 cups of Cheddar cheese, sour cream, butter, onion, salt, and pepper together in a bowl. Spread in a 9×13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle remaining cheese and bread crumbs on top. Drizzle butter over the bread crumbs.
Step 3 Bake in the preheated oven until the sauce is bubbly and the top is golden brown,
1 to 1 1/2 hours. Serve with garden salad and beverage. Serves 10
Note: May use 1 rotisserie chicken boned and copped in place of beef.
