Cake Mix Banana Bread

1 Box Yellow Cake Mix

2 Bananas Mashed

2 eggs

1/3 Cup of oil ( More if needed)

1 Cup Chopped Nuts Optional

Mix all together; fold in nuts and bake in sprayed loaf pan for 55 min at 350 Degrees. Cool 10

Carrot Cake Loaf Pan

Ingredients

1 Box Carrot Cake Mix

½ Cup Sour Cream

2 eggs

1/3 Cup of oil (More if needed)

1 Cup Chopped Nuts (Optional)

Directions

Mix all together; fold in nuts and bake in sprayed loaf pan for 55 min at 350 Degrees. Cool 10

Death By Chocolate Loaf Cake

Ingredients

1 Box Devil Food Cake Mix

½ Cup Sour Cream

½ Cup Ricotta Cheese

2 eggs

1/3 Cup of oil (More if needed)

1 Cup Chopped Nuts OR ½ Bag Chocolate Chips or both (Optional)

Directions

Mix all together; fold in nuts, chips and bake in sprayed loaf pan for 55 -60 min at 350 Degrees. Cool 10

Lemon Loaf Pan

Ingredients

1Box Lemon Cake Mix

½ Cup Butter

½ Cup White Sugar

3 Eggs

½ Cup Sour Cream

1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract

1 Teaspoon Freshly Grated Lemon Peel

Glaze

3 Tablespoons Lemon Juice

2 Cups Confectioners’ Sugar

Directions

Step 1 Preheat an oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).

Step 2 Beat the butter and sugar with an electric mixer in a large bowl until light and fluffy. The mixture should be noticeably lighter in color. Add the room temperature eggs one at a time, allowing each egg to blend into the butter mixture before adding the next. Beat in the sour cream, vanilla, and lemon peel. Beat for an additional 2 minutes. Batter will look curdled. Pour the cake mix into the egg mixture, mixing until just incorporated. Pour the batter into a prepared 8×4 inch loaf pan.

Step 3 Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, 30 to 40 minutes. Cool in the pans for 5 minutes before removing to cool completely on a plate.

Step 4 To make glaze: Whisk together the lemon juice and powdered sugar. Pour glaze over entire cake and allow cake to cool while the glaze is soaked in.

Cranberry Nut Cake Mix Loaf

Ingredients

1 Cup Dried Cranberries

1 Cup Half n Half

½ Cup Sour Cream

1 Cup Butter Melted

1 Box Yellow Cake Mix

3 Egg, Beaten

1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract

1 Cup Chopped Walnuts

Sauce/Topping

¼ Cup Butter

Cup Heavy Cream

½ Cup Brown Sugar

Directions

Step 1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9×5 inch loaf pan.

Step 2 Place cranberries and nuts in a large bowl and toss with cake mix. Blend in cake mix, eggs, and vanilla, milk, sour cream until well blended. Pour batter into prepared pan.

Step 3 Bake in the preheated oven for 50 to 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Let cool in pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack and cool completely. Serve slices with Warm Sauce.

Step 4 To make Warm Sauce: In a saucepan over medium heat, combine 1/4 cup butter with cream and brown sugar. Heat, stirring constantly, until mixture boils and sugar is dissolved.
